Leads program innovation and service delivery across the New York City metro region. Oversees operational strategy, supervises multi-site staff, and manages adult day services programs to improve outcomes and scale organizational growth.

Co-led operations across all programs in partnership with the Executive Director. Managed budgets, vendor relations, staff onboarding, and compliance with OPWDD guidelines. Ensured program excellence across youth and adult services in Westchester County.

Amanda Hinkson is the Vice President of IAC New York City, where she oversees partnerships with over 1,600 provider agencies across the state. She has nearly two decades of experience in human services leadership, having managed multimillion-dollar budgets, led complex programs, and helped organizations operate more efficiently and equitably.
Amanda works with a wide range of nonprofit and human services agencies, provider networks, and government-affiliated programs—especially those serving individuals with developmental disabilities, mental health challenges, and community-based needs.
